Named after a British Collector WD Horsley, “Horsley Hills” is a scenic hill station located in Andhra Pradesh. This hill station is locally known as “Yengunu Mallama Konda”. It is popular for its exotic flora and fauna. The vegetation includes eucalyptus trees while the wildlife includes animals such as wild boar, sambar deer, and sloth bear. Additionally, this region is also popular for its exotic birds and consists of over 133 species. These include Yellow throated bulbuls, black eagle, and the white rumped shama. The food available in this hill station is mainly South Indian with a delicacy called Pulihora Tamarind Rice being popular. There are a few restaurants available in this hill station.
