Nestled on top of the Western Ghats in Pune district in Maharashtra is beautiful mountain pass called Malshej Ghat. This mountain pass is elevated at an altitude of about 700 meters above sea level. It is also popular for flowing waterfalls and fog covered green valley. It is also an ideal spot for trekking and biking. Alternatively, it is also popular for its exotic birds especially Flamingoes.
