Located in the scenic Kumaon region in Uttarakhand is a charming hill station called “Binsar”. It is elevated at an altitude of 2,412 meters above sea level and is famous for the “Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary”. It is also popular as a tourist hotspot for its extreme scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. The cuisine found in this region is essentially typically “Kumaoni”.
