In the state of Uttarakhand, there is an extremely scenic region of meadows called “Chopta”. Such is the natural beauty of this region that it has aptly been given the sobriquet “Mini Switzerland”. It is known for its lofty mountains and lush green landscapes. This region is also known for a temple devoted to Lord Shiva called “Tungnath”. As for food, unfortunately, this region is not a “foodie’s paradise” and, hence there is no variety in cuisine.
