Climate and the best time to visit Mirik
“Pleasant summers and freezing winters” is the best way to describe the climate of Mirik. The summers which begin in May and ends in June are pleasant and the temperature varies from 10 degrees to 20 degrees. Rainfalls received during the monsoon season beginning in July and extending to September is heavy while, winters which begin in December and ends in February are severe with temperature varying from -2 to 17 degrees.
