The climate of Haflong is subtropical in nature. The temperature during the summer months that begins in April and ends in June ranges from 24 degrees to 30 degrees. While during winters which begin in October and ends in February the temperature ranges from 10 degrees to 14 degrees. During monsoons (July to September) this hill station receives a substantial amount of rain.
